As a Technical Program Manager, you will spearhead significant expansion initiatives, requiring intricate coordination across numerous Amazon departments, including technology, operations, finance, legal, compliance, supply chain, and customer experience. You will be instrumental in managing complex launch executions from conception to completion, fostering organizational alignment, navigating interdependencies, resolving uncertainties, and ensuring superior quality delivery within stipulated timelines.

As a Technical Program Manager, your core responsibilities will encompass:

- Leading comprehensive program execution for new country and regional market entries. - Cultivating cross-organizational alignment among over 100 partner teams. - Effectively managing complex technical and business dependencies at Amazon's expansive scale. - Proactively identifying risks and developing robust, scalable mitigation strategies. - Creating and implementing mechanisms, launch frameworks, and operational best practices to enhance future expansion efforts. - Communicating transparently with senior leadership through clear metrics, insightful analysis, and execution updates.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product or program management. - At least 7 years of direct experience working with engineering teams. - A minimum of 3 years of software development experience. - Over 5 years of dedicated experience in technical program management, specifically collaborating with software engineering teams. - Proven experience managing programs across diverse cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years in project management disciplines covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management. Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership is also highly valued.
