We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to guide complex, cross-functional initiatives within Amazon’s inbound operations. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in technical program management and software development.

Key qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in technical product or program management, with a minimum of 7 years working directly with engineering teams. Additionally, 3+ years of software development experience and 5 years specifically in technical program management with software engineering teams are required. Experience managing programs across diverse functional groups, establishing robust processes, and coordinating release schedules is essential.

Preferred candidates will possess 5+ years in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management. Experience in defining KPIs/SLAs that drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting performance to senior leadership is highly advantageous. A background in managing cross-functional projects, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules is also preferred.
