Seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Lead with a strong background in Testing Services to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions, particularly within the insurance domain.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can guide testing efforts, implement robust QA strategies, and contribute to the overall success of our projects. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality testing services.

Lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies for insurance products, focusing on UI, web services, batch integrations, and web portals. Apply a deep understanding of QA methodologies and provide hands-on testing within the P&C Policy lifecycle, including rating. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of quality excellence throughout the development process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects efficiently.

A minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in Quality Assurance testing is required. Essential to have proven experience with Guidewire solutions, specifically within the P&C Policy lifecycle, and mandatory experience in Rating. Proficiency in programming languages such as VB Script, XML, and SQL, along with strong knowledge of QA Methodology. Demonstrated experience in testing UI, web services, batch-based integrations, and web portals is crucial. Familiarity with automation testing tools like HP QTP or Selenium is highly advantageous, as is experience with Microsoft TFS and Test Manager (MTM).
