Advance your career as a Sr. Technical Lead for NetSuite, spearheading the technical direction for acquired Life Sciences organizations.

This pivotal role will guide the overall technical architecture, integrations, customizations, data conversion, and successful technical delivery of NetSuite implementations. You will provide expert technical leadership in areas including integration, development, reporting, security, data migration, and platform architecture, ensuring adherence to NetSuite best practices and Life Sciences compliance.

Define the comprehensive NetSuite technical architecture and establish robust technical standards, development guidelines, and governance. Lead the design and implementation of integrations with various systems like CRM, manufacturing, LIMS, QMS, WMS, banking, and EDI providers, defining the integration architecture and middleware strategy.

Drive SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteCloud development activities, reviewing technical specifications and deliverables. Minimize unnecessary customizations and ensure development aligns with NetSuite best practices and quality guidelines.

Support data migration efforts by defining migration architecture, designing automation, and assisting with validation. Define security architecture, establish segregation of duties, and ensure Life Sciences regulatory compliance. Lead the technical testing strategy and support SIT, UAT, performance testing, and deployment activities, including cutover and hypercare.

Mentor technical team members, coordinate offshore and onshore resources, manage technical risks, and provide executive-level status reporting.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is required. We are looking for 10+ years of experience in ERP technical implementation and a minimum of 5 years in NetSuite technical leadership.

Proven experience with multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects is essential. Strong capabilities in leading distributed technical teams are a must. Proficiency in NetSuite's SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) is expected.

Experience with integration technologies such as Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and EDI Integrations is necessary. Familiarity with SQL, data migration tools, reporting platforms, and data warehousing concepts is also crucial.
