Seeking a seasoned Technical Lead for Enterprise Applications. This role involves leading critical projects and driving innovation within our enterprise systems. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions that enhance business operations. Your expertise will guide the team and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications.

Lead the development and implementation of enterprise applications. Develop and maintain functions, stored procedures, and packages using PL/SQL. Write and debug SQL queries, ensuring optimal database performance. Create comprehensive technical documentation, including process flows and business rules. Conduct validation testing to ensure application integrity and functionality. Identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle 12c, SQL Developer, Toad, SQL Debugging, and SQL*Plus is essential. Demonstrated experience in developing functions, stored procedures, and packages is required. Strong proficiency in creating detailed process flows, business rules, and technical documentation. Familiarity with tools such as Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Solid understanding of Oracle relational databases and developer tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
