We are looking for a seasoned M365 Lead to join our Information Technology team. This role is central to managing, monitoring, and governing the organization's Microsoft 365 environment comprehensively.

The M365 Lead will foster collaboration with infrastructure, security, and helpdesk teams to enhance collaboration services and provide guidance to junior administrators.

Administer, monitor, and govern the Microsoft 365 environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in collaboration services. Mentor and guide junior technical staff within the team. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a methodical manner. Manage M365 licenses and ensure compliance. Implement and manage MFA and Conditional Access policies.

Expert proficiency in Exchange Online & Hybrid Mail, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, and M365 License Management. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online Administration, PowerShell/Graph API Scripting, and Compliance & Purview Tools. Proficient in SharePoint On-Premises (2016/2019), MFA & Conditional Access, and ITSM & Change Management. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic IT setting.
