Seeking a seasoned Technical Lead specializing in Cloud and Infrastructure Engineering to drive automation and administration of enterprise Linux environments. This role focuses on leveraging Ansible for robust configuration management and deployment, alongside comprehensive Linux system administration and AWS cloud infrastructure optimization.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our Infrastructure-as-Code practices and ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our on-premises and cloud-based systems. This is an opportunity to lead critical initiatives in a dynamic technological landscape.

Design and implement Ansible playbooks for provisioning, configuration, and patching across enterprise Linux systems. Build and manage Infrastructure-as-Code pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD. Automate routine Linux tasks including user management, security hardening, and disk operations. Administer enterprise Linux distributions (RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux, Amazon Linux) in hybrid and AWS environments. Manage core Linux subsystems, storage, networking, and security configurations. Operate and optimize AWS Linux infrastructure, including EC2, Auto Scaling Groups, and VPC. Utilize AWS Systems Manager for patching, parameter management, and automated runbooks. Implement high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, including clustering and load balancing.

Proven experience in Ansible automation, including playbook development and Ansible Automation Platform (AAP/AWX). Extensive experience with enterprise Linux system administration (RHEL 7/8/9, CentOS, Oracle Linux, Amazon Linux). Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, SSM, S3, and VPC for Linux workloads. Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code principles and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Experience with version control systems like Git and best practices for code management. Knowledge of core Linux subsystems, security hardening (CIS/STIG benchmarks, SELinux), and PKI management. Familiarity with high-availability and disaster recovery concepts and technologies (Pacemaker, Corosync). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
