Seeking an accomplished M365 Lead to enhance our Information Technology team. This role is pivotal for the comprehensive administration, vigilant monitoring, and robust governance of our organization's Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive improvements in collaboration services and provide guidance to junior administrators.

Oversee end-to-end administration, monitoring, and governance of the Microsoft 365 environment. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and helpdesk teams to optimize collaboration services. Mentor and guide junior technical staff within the team to foster growth and knowledge sharing.

Demonstrated expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, and M365 license management. Proficiency in PowerShell/Graph API scripting and experience with compliance/Purview tools. Solid understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, and ITSM/Change Management processes is essential. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are required to effectively manage tasks and interact with diverse stakeholders.
