This role focuses on integrating shop floor equipment and enterprise applications with the DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The objective is to ensure real-time machine connectivity, efficient data collection, and seamless communication between manufacturing operations and business systems.

Key responsibilities include designing and developing machine integrations with DELMIA Apriso MES, configuring communication between PLCs, SCADA, machines, and Apriso. You will develop interfaces using various protocols like OPC UA, MQTT, and REST APIs, and integrate Apriso with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle. The role involves configuring machine data collection, production tracking, OEE, downtime, and quality management processes. Additionally, you'll create technical documentation, troubleshoot integration issues across MES, automation, network, and database layers, and participate in MES deployment and testing. Collaboration with manufacturing and automation engineers, as well as business stakeholders, is crucial. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and cybersecurity requirements is also part of the role.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Automation, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is required, along with hands-on experience in DELMIA Apriso MES development and configuration. Experience integrating manufacturing equipment and PLCs from major vendors like Siemens and Rockwell is essential. Proficiency in manufacturing communication protocols such as OPC UA/DA, MQTT, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, and SECS/GEM is necessary. Strong SQL and database skills (SQL Server, Oracle) are mandatory, as is experience with Web Services, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and middleware technologies. A good understanding of manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 concepts is expected.
