Seeking a Sr. Technical Lead with extensive experience in Application Engineering Services, specifically as a Windchill Lead Developer. This role demands profound expertise in PTC technologies, enterprise integrations, and Java-based Windchill customizations. A key aspect involves ThingWorx development and a strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, including the crucial task of publishing approved manufacturing data from Windchill.

This position focuses on leveraging deep expertise in PTC Windchill, including its latest versions (11, 12, 13.1), and ThingWorx (9.7). Responsibilities include integrating with the AWS IoT Connector and performing robust customizations of Windchill PDM Link using Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, and SQL. You will manage PLM processes such as BOM and Document Management, handle EBOM/MBOM, and ensure seamless CAD integration. Experience with publication processes and BOMs in Context management is vital.

Candidates must possess 8-10 years of experience in PTC Windchill customization. Essential technical skills include advanced Java, Webservices, JavaScript, Shell scripting, SQL, HTML, and CSS. A solid understanding of basic PLM modules like BOM Management, Part Management, and Document Management is mandatory. Familiarity with PDM Link – CREO Integration and various system integrations (ERP, CAD) is highly advantageous. Experience with Oracle, GIT, Jira, and Agile methodologies is expected, along with a strong business focus.
