Seeking a Sr. Technical Lead with a focus on Application Development to oversee critical middleware services and ensure peak performance and availability.

This role involves maintaining the health of PCF/middleware services, promptly addressing production issues, and implementing robust Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) standards. You will actively participate in incident management, problem resolution, and change control processes.

Key duties include monitoring PCF/middleware services for performance, capacity, and availability, alongside analyzing and resolving production issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will define and enforce SRE standards, including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident response, and postmortems. Active participation in incidents, problems, and change management using ServiceNow is essential.

Lead root-cause analysis for incidents to reduce MTTR, MTTA, and MTTD. Expertise in scripting languages like Shell, Python, and PowerShell is required. You will set up high availability environments using F5/AVI load balancers, Apache httpd, and Nginx web servers, and troubleshoot PCF/middleware technologies such as WebLogic and Tomcat. Configuration of NewRelic/Splunk for timely alerts and service availability monitoring is crucial.

Proficiency in traffic balancing, routing, and debugging analysis is expected. A strong understanding of Kubernetes/EKS and Docker is necessary, along with familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk and NewRelic. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills are paramount.

Support security compliance, patching, and upgrades for middleware components. Design, build, implement, and manage application hosting environments on cloud platforms including AWS and Azure. Manage source code repositories using Git and GitHub. Knowledge of scripting languages (Shell, Python, PowerShell) is essential for this role.
