We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead specializing in App Development. This role involves the full software development lifecycle, from creation and testing to deployment and ongoing support.

Engage in comprehensive application development, testing, release, and support activities. Produce fully functional application code aligned with industry best practices. Actively gather requirements, ask pertinent questions, and propose effective solutions. Develop unit and API tests to guarantee code integrity and support CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Collaborate with the Product Development team to plan new features within an agile framework. Ensure all applications meet stringent quality standards.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience is necessary. Demonstrate hands-on experience as a Java Developer. Possess at least 2 years of experience with Spring/Springboot and ORM frameworks. Require 2 years of experience with middleware and service orchestration. Experience with performance optimization, testing, and monitoring tools is essential. Familiarity with common industry patterns, coding standards, and best practices is expected. Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are a must.
