Seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Lead specializing in Application Development. This role involves full lifecycle application development, from testing and release to ongoing support. You will be instrumental in crafting robust, fully functional application code adhering to industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring code quality through comprehensive unit and API testing. Collaboration with the Product Development team within an Agile framework is essential for planning new features and optimizing application performance. You will also play a crucial role in troubleshooting and debugging to enhance application efficiency.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience.

Essential technical expertise includes hands-on experience as a Java Developer, with at least 2 years in Spring/Springboot and ORM frameworks. You should also possess 2 years of experience with middleware/service orchestration, performance optimization techniques, and relevant testing/monitoring tools. Familiarity with common industry patterns, coding standards, and best practices is crucial. Excellent troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills are a must.

Preferred qualifications include experience in the healthcare sector, mentoring junior associates, and working within large development teams. Knowledge of Apache Kafka/RabbitMQ, MongoDB, and Azure DevOps are considered advantageous.
