Seeking a seasoned Bizagi Lead BPM Consultant with proven expertise in process automation, ERP, and Supply Chain integration, particularly within the Energy & Utilities sector. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of innovative business process solutions on the Bizagi platform to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.

- Analyze and document complex business processes, focusing on ERP and Supply Chain functions. - Design BPMN-compliant process models using Bizagi Modeler. - Develop and configure automated workflows within Bizagi Studio, ensuring seamless integration with JDE/Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems. - Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into robust Bizagi solutions. - Implement intricate business rules, data models, and user interfaces within the Bizagi environment. - Integrate Bizagi with external platforms via REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and middleware solutions. - Oversee unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful deployment of solutions. - Provide ongoing post-implementation support and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Bizagi BPM development and implementation. - Solid understanding of JDE/Oracle ERP modules, including Finance, Procurement, and Inventory. - Experience with Supply Chain Management processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Logistics. - Familiarity with Energy & Utilities domain specifics, including asset management and regulatory compliance. - Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and integrating web services. - Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. - Bizagi Developer Certification is preferred. Experience with other BPM tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
