Seeking a Sr. Technical Lead with extensive experience in enterprise-level J2EE web application development and support. This role requires hands-on expertise in modern technologies like React JS, Spring, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms, particularly Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).

Key responsibilities include leading teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the successful resolution of technical issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record in production monitoring and support for business-to-business functions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for effective client correspondence and cross-team collaboration. Experience with kanban and ticket-based workflows is also a significant advantage.

Lead the development and maintenance of scalable React.js components, MFE modules, REST APIs, and microservices, adhering to established architecture and coding standards.

Provide direct technical leadership for bug fixes, enhancements, and production support across both contemporary and legacy applications. Analyze legacy code to troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement stable fixes without impacting existing functionality.

Collaborate closely with QA, Product, DevOps, Architects, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver features within deadlines. Conduct code and technical design reviews, debug, optimize performance, and oversee unit/integration testing.

Support application modernization initiatives by identifying refactoring opportunities and migrating functionality to MFE/full-stack architectures. Troubleshoot production incidents, integration challenges, API issues, performance bottlenecks, and deployment-related problems to ensure swift resolution.

Mentor developers on React.js, MFE, full-stack development, debugging, and legacy system support. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, RCA reports, and application support runbooks.

Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in production monitoring for Java Web/Enterprise projects.

Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, Cloud technologies, Java EE, and Maven is essential. Strong troubleshooting skills for JavaScript, a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles, and experience with popular React.js workflows (e.g., Flux, Redux) are mandatory.

Experience with Spring and other Java frameworks/libraries, Spring Security, SSO solutions, SOA, and Web Services (REST/SOAP) is required. Familiarity with database applications like Oracle and MySql, along with ORM tools, is necessary.

Proven ability to provide sizing and scalability recommendations, and solve connectivity and deployment issues. Experience with kanban methodology and a ticket-based production support model is also required.
