Join Birlasoft, a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies. We are seeking a Sr. Technical Lead specializing in Application Development with expertise in MES and the manufacturing domain. Key responsibilities include creating detailed technical designs from functional specifications, developing processes within Apriso using Process Builder, and building interfaces and mappings with Apriso or third-party tools. You will also configure and develop required extensions and interfaces to external systems and hardware.

This role involves creating comprehensive test plans, ensuring the quality of developed software, and executing system and integration testing at customer sites. You will provide essential technical support for MES systems and manage a small team to drive the delivery of project modules.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Candidates should possess 6-8 years of experience in the MES and Manufacturing domain, with at least 3 years in object-oriented programming. Experience with Apriso versions from 2016 to 2023 is essential, along with proficiency in JavaScript/C# Script and SQL Server/Oracle.

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end MES implementations and creating process documentation, user requirements, and functional/technical specifications is crucial. Familiarity with deployment and release management processes, ERP and OPC integration, source control, and SDLC methodologies is expected. Knowledge of CSS/HTML, AJAX, jQuery, and JSON is considered a plus.
