Produce high-quality, production-ready application code adhering to industry best practices. Gather and refine specific project requirements, proactively asking clarifying questions and proposing effective solutions. Develop comprehensive unit and API tests to ensure code integrity and support deployment efforts. Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and optimize user experience. Collaborate with clients and onshore teams to plan and implement new features, ideally within an agile framework. Ensure both new and existing applications meet stringent quality standards.

Demonstrated experience in developing enterprise-level web applications, web services, and RESTful APIs. Expertise in Java, with a mandatory strong command of the Struts framework and Spring MVC. Hands-on experience with Hibernate or JPA for data persistence. Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, Jquery, Javascript, and JSP, alongside the ability to write complex SQL queries involving joins and subqueries. Familiarity with version control tools like Git, and build automation tools such as Jenkins and Maven. A good understanding of common design patterns is essential. Experience with J2EE is a prerequisite. While not mandatory, knowledge of AWS or MS Azure will be considered an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective teamwork.
