Seeking a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Application Development. This role demands extensive software engineering experience, with a significant focus on AI and Generative AI.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of modern software development practices, including cloud-native architectures and microservices. Expertise in AI concepts, machine learning, and the intricacies of Large Language Models (LLMs) is crucial.

Lead customer demonstrations and facilitate use-case workshops. Drive the design and implementation of AI-powered applications, leveraging LLMs, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.

Architect and develop solutions using cloud platforms like Microsoft Foundry (Azure AI Studio/Fabric) or AWS Bedrock. Implement Agentic AI principles for autonomous task execution and tool orchestration.

Requires a minimum of 9 years in software engineering, with at least 1 year dedicated to AI/GenAI. Proficiency in Python, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native design is essential.

Demonstrated experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines is a must.
