As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for engaging in the full application development lifecycle, from initial concept through testing, release, and ongoing support. You'll craft robust application code adhering to best practices, actively gather requirements, propose innovative solutions, and develop unit and API tests to facilitate CI/CD pipelines.

Additionally, you'll troubleshoot and debug code to optimize performance, collaborate with the Product Development team to plan new features in an agile environment, and ensure all developed applications meet rigorous quality benchmarks.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of overall IT experience. Candidates must possess hands-on experience as a Java Developer, with at least 2 years specifically in Spring/Springboot and ORM technologies, and 2 years working with middleware or service orchestration.

Proficiency in performance optimization and experience with performance testing/monitoring tools are essential. A solid understanding of common industry patterns, coding standards, and best practices is expected, alongside excellent troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/Spring JPA, SQL, and GIT is mandatory.
