Amazon Operations Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a seasoned Sr Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to spearhead complex, cross-organizational initiatives. A minimum of 5 years in program management or technical project management is required. A Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience is necessary.

Demonstrated experience in project/program management, coupled with knowledge of IT infrastructure domains such as compute, storage, networking, and IT service delivery principles. Proficiency in managing conflict, escalations, negotiation, and problem-solving with engineering teams is crucial.

Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and communicating results to senior leadership, as well as communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executives. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
