As a Senior Infrastructure TPM, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of new data centers within one or more availability zones in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You will manage approximately five projects concurrently, acting as a crucial link between internal customers, business functions (Planning, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Policy, Operations), and delivery teams (Construction, Commissioning, Controls, Fiber and Network). Your role involves guiding and developing partner teams to achieve regional goals.
Your responsibilities will extend from initial expansion planning and feasibility analysis to approving expansion plans and build timelines. You will meticulously evaluate factors such as data center supply, utility delivery (power, water, fiber), and long-lead equipment availability. Maintaining comprehensive oversight of in-flight projects, major risks, and remediation efforts across the region is essential to ensure on-time delivery and meet evolving customer demand.
We are seeking individuals with at least 5 years of program management or technical project management experience, complemented by 4 years of project management experience. A strong understanding of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management, is essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience in data center construction delivery (design, commissioning, construction), mission-critical facilities, or equivalent industrial/manufacturing builds. Familiarity with mission-critical systems found in data centers, hospitals, power plants, or military facilities is highly advantageous. This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively steer teams and gain stakeholder alignment.
