Join our Data Warehouse Modernization Program as a Senior Technical Data Validation Engineer. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the integrity of migrated data pipelines during System Integration Testing (SIT). You'll be instrumental in performing source-to-target reconciliation, pinpointing data discrepancies, and collaborating with development teams to rapidly resolve issues. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in DBT, Snowflake, ETL, SQL-based reconciliation, and legacy Informatica workflows, coupled with a strong ability to independently analyze complex data challenges.

Key responsibilities include conducting end-to-end data validation across Informatica and DBT implementations, verifying data completeness and accuracy across all data layers. You will execute various validation types, analyze discrepancies to identify root causes, and prepare detailed defect diagnostics for efficient resolution. This role also involves translating Informatica logic into DBT models, developing and maintaining DBT tests, designing data layers using DBT best practices, and supporting performance optimization. Contributing to SIT strategy, test case reviews, and maintaining validation documentation are also core functions.

A minimum of 7 years in Data Warehouse, ETL, Data Engineering, or Data Validation is required, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with DBT. Proven experience in Data Warehouse Migration/Modernization programs and supporting SIT initiatives is essential. A developer-level understanding of Informatica mappings and workflows, along with experience in Snowflake and cloud data platforms, is necessary. Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to comprehend existing ETL logic and documentation, are vital for success in this senior role.
