Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Team Lead specializing in SAP WM and MM. This role is critical for driving excellence in enterprise technology, enabling innovation, and supporting long-term growth. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) to lead implementation and support initiatives.

This position offers the opportunity to optimize procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes within SAP S/4HANA environments. You will be instrumental in delivering robust SAP solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Lead SAP MM/WM implementation, rollout, and AMS support activities. Analyze business requirements and configure SAP MM and WM solutions. Manage IMG configuration for Materials Management and Warehouse Management modules. Prepare essential project documentation, including Business Blueprints and functional specifications. Configure end-to-end procurement processes, from requisitions to invoice verification. Manage master data configurations for materials, vendors, and related entities. Expertly configure inventory and warehouse management processes, including Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, stock transfers, and storage bin strategies. Support RF transactions for warehouse operations and oversee cutover activities. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement OSS Notes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive procurement and warehouse management solutions.

Requires 6-8 years of overall SAP experience with a deep focus on SAP MM and WM. Must have hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation, along with rollout and AMS/support engagements. Experience with at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation project is essential. Demonstrated expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) configuration. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, material master data, and MRP configuration. Proficiency in configuring Inventory Management, including Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, and Stock Transfers. Extensive experience in Warehouse Management configuration, storage bin strategies, and Handling Unit Management. Hands-on experience with RF transactions and warehouse cutover activities. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and support production issues effectively. Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are required. Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA environments is preferred.
