Lead and execute SAP SD implementation, rollout, and AMS support projects. Analyze business requirements to configure robust SAP SD solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Drive business process analysis, redesign, and implement SAP best practices for enhanced sales and distribution operations. Configure key SAP SD organizational structures and master data, including Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, and Customer/Material Masters. Manage sales documents, deliveries, and billing processes, ensuring seamless Order-to-Cash cycles. Optimize pricing procedures, tax determination, and condition techniques. Oversee shipping, logistics, and customer-centric processes like consignment and returns. Ensure effective integration with cross-functional modules (FI, MM, PP) and support complex product sales scenarios.

Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and provide timely functional support. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and business teams to deliver integrated sales and distribution solutions. Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly desirable.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, coupled with 6-10 years of comprehensive SAP experience, heavily focused on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). Proven track record in at least two end-to-end SAP implementation projects, alongside AMS/support engagements, is essential. Demonstrable expertise in SAP SD configuration, implementation, and production support is critical. Strong understanding of SAP SD integration with SAP FI, MM, and PP modules is necessary.

Proficiency in business process analysis, mapping, redesign, and solution design is expected. Expertise in configuring Sales Orders, Contracts, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, and OTC processes is key. Hands-on experience with pricing procedures, tax and duty configuration, condition techniques, and customer/material master data management is required. Proficiency in delivery processing, including shipping, picking, packing, PGI, and consignment, is essential. Experience with sales, delivery, and billing document types, item categories, output determination, and copy control is mandatory. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this role.
