Lead and support SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, and AMS activities. Analyze business requirements and configure SAP PP and QM solutions. Configure and manage SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. Define and maintain production-related master data, including Item Master attributes and production line setup. Configure Production Planning parameters, MRP, and capacity planning. Develop and maintain production schedules and work orders. Manage production execution to ensure quality and delivery targets. Configure warehouse integration, including raw material picking logic and FIFO consumption. Monitor and improve production productivity, efficiency, downtime, and OEE. Configure and support production quality processes, including rejection, rework, and scrap management. Configure and support Lot and Serial Number Tracking for end-to-end traceability. Support labor, burden, and overhead costing for production cost management. Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for production and quality issues.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. We are looking for candidates with 6-8 years of comprehensive SAP experience, with a deep focus on SAP PP and QM. Demonstrated hands-on experience in SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, and AMS/support projects is essential. Strong configuration expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) is a must. Familiarity with configuring Production Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, and Work Order Management is crucial. Solid knowledge of production master data, including Material Master, BOMs, Routings, and production line setup, is expected. Experience with warehouse integration, raw material picking logic, backflush processing, and FIFO inventory consumption is required. Expertise in production monitoring, including productivity measurement, downtime analysis, OEE, and efficiency reporting. Hands-on experience with Lot and Serial Number Management. Strong understanding of production costing concepts. Experience in SAP QM master data configuration, including Quality Info Records, Sampling Procedures, and Inspection Plans. Expertise in Quality Inspection Management (QM-IM), Quality Certificates (QM-CA), and Quality Notifications (QM-QN). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and continuous process improvement. Ability to identify business process improvements and recommend SAP best practices. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation and support environments is preferred.
