As a Senior Team Lead, you will manage SAP FICO AMS support, overseeing Fixed Assets, GL, AP, AR, and Controlling processes. Your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to Indian statutory requirements, managing SLAs, and acting as the primary FICO point-of-contact for stakeholders. You will also be involved in project delivery, from requirement gathering to production deployment, and drive continuous service improvement.

We are seeking candidates with 5-8 years of experience in SAP FICO, including team lead capacity within AMS support environments. Essential skills include hands-on experience with key FICO modules, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience with multi-module integration and SAP Fiori/Analytics is preferred.
