As a Sr Team Lead, you will independently manage Fixed Assets Accounting, overseeing the entire asset lifecycle, depreciation runs, and reporting. You will play a vital role in supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring absolute accuracy and adherence to compliance standards. Furthermore, you will provide expert guidance on Indian taxation processes, including GST, TDS, and withholding tax, while also ensuring adherence to SLAs, TAT, and KPI metrics.

Your responsibilities will extend to acting as the primary SAP FICO point-of-contact for business users and stakeholders. You will actively participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and impact analysis, as well as review functional specifications and testing scenarios. Supporting UAT, regression testing, cutover planning, and production deployment activities will also be a key part of your role, ensuring successful project delivery and service improvement.

We are looking for candidates with approximately 5-8 years of experience in SAP FICO, coupled with substantial exposure to AMS support environments in a team lead capacity. Essential hands-on experience includes Fixed Assets, GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, and Controlling processes. A strong understanding of Indian statutory requirements and compliance is paramount, alongside proven experience in leading SAP AMS teams.

Key qualifications include excellent analytical, problem-solving, and Root Cause Analysis capabilities, complemented by strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Candidates are expected to ensure adherence to documentation, internal controls, and audit standards. While a SAP FICO certification is preferred, experience in multi-module integration (MM, SD, PP) and exposure to automation and reporting tools are advantageous.
