Lead and mentor the SAP ABAP development team through implementation, rollout, and AMS support phases. Translate complex business needs into efficient and scalable technical solutions. Develop and meticulously maintain custom SAP objects using ABAP/4 and OOABAP. Design, build, and optimize SAP S/4HANA ABAP solutions, adhering to SAP HANA development guidelines. Create and enhance CDS Views, AMDP procedures, and OData services for SAP HANA applications. Employ modern techniques for ABAP on HANA code optimization. Develop and enhance Adobe Forms for essential business documents. Build data migration and conversion programs using BAPI and BDC. Design, develop, and support SAP Workflow solutions. Conduct thorough technical analysis, debugging, and issue resolution. Utilize ABAP analysis tools like Runtime Analysis, SQL Trace, Code Inspector, and ATC to ensure code quality and performance. Prepare comprehensive technical specifications and documentation.

A minimum of 6-8 years of dedicated SAP ABAP experience is essential, with a strong focus on development. Proven hands-on involvement in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation, a rollout project, and a production support engagement is required. Experience with SAP S/4HANA ABAP implementation projects is mandatory. Proficiently use ABAP/4 and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP). Strong understanding of ABAP on HANA development concepts and optimization strategies. Expertise in developing CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services. Significant experience with SAP Adobe Forms development and enhancements is a must. Familiarity with data migration and conversion using BAPI and BDC, including Call Transaction and Session Methods. Hands-on experience in SAP Workflow development and troubleshooting is necessary. Proficiency with ABAP performance analysis tools such as Runtime Analysis, SQL Trace (ST05), Code Inspector, and SAP ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC). Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities, especially in SAP production support. Ability to craft high-quality, optimized ABAP solutions aligned with SAP S/4HANA standards is expected. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are vital. Experience in large-scale SAP environments is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree is required.
