Lead the development of custom SAP applications and provide essential support for enterprise systems. Design and implement RICEF objects, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms. Translate functional specifications into detailed technical designs. Develop advanced solutions utilizing ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and OData. Manage core enhancements through User Exits, BADIs, and the Enhancement Framework. Build and maintain system interfaces using IDOCs, RFC, BAPIs, Web Services, and APIs. Create and format documents using ALV Reports, Smartforms, and Adobe Forms. Conduct thorough debugging, code reviews, and structural performance tuning. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional SAP teams. Ensure timely resolution of production support issues and system bugs within SLAs.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. We are seeking a Sr. Team Lead with 5-8 years of SAP ABAP experience. Essential skills include Core ABAP (ALV Reports, Smartforms/Adobe Forms, Module Pool, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits) and Advanced S/4HANA technologies such as Core Data Services (CDS Views), ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP), and Performance Tuning. Proficiency in Integration Technologies including IDOCs, Web Services, and REST/SOAP APIs is also crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are expected, along with the capacity to lead technical projects and mentor team members.
