Lead SAP Signavio implementation, enhancement, and optimization for enterprise transformation programs. Design and maintain business process models, governance frameworks, and process mining solutions using SAP Signavio. Utilize LeanIX for enterprise architecture management, application mapping, and IT transformation. Drive process excellence through discovery, analysis, mining, and monitoring. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and define future business processes. Integrate SAP Signavio with enterprise applications for end-to-end process visibility. Support architecture assessments and digital transformation roadmaps with LeanIX. Facilitate workshops and discussions to standardize business processes. Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and presentations. Work within Agile environments and support end-to-end project delivery, including testing and post-production support.

A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 6–10 years of experience in SAP Signavio and LeanIX implementations. Essential skills include strong expertise in SAP Signavio modules, hands-on experience with the LeanIX Enterprise Architecture Suite, and proficiency in business process modeling using BPMN 2.0. Familiarity with process mining, process analytics, and process governance methodologies is crucial. Experience integrating SAP Signavio with SAP and non-SAP applications is also necessary. A solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF and business capability modeling is expected. Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, business consulting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are vital. Experience in Agile delivery environments and knowledge of SDLC are required.
