Join Microsoft's Enterprise Account Team as a Senior Strategic Account Technologist and become a pivotal technical advisor for our key customers. This role focuses on partnering with clients to achieve their strategic objectives, driving differentiated customer experiences, and establishing Microsoft as the market leader.

You will be instrumental in shaping customer technology strategies, accelerating cloud and AI adoption, and designing secure, scalable solutions that align with critical government priorities. Your expertise will directly contribute to maximizing customer spend and achieving significant revenue growth for Microsoft.

As the primary technical leader, you will cultivate strong relationships with customer executives, including CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs, to develop and maintain long-term technology roadmaps. You will architect and validate advanced cloud and AI solutions, championing Azure, Copilot, and AI services while ensuring adherence to strict compliance, security, and data residency standards.

Your role involves orchestrating internal Microsoft resources to support customer success throughout their lifecycle, from initial design to ongoing optimization. You'll guide proof-of-concepts and technical decision-making processes, working closely with Customer Success Units to accelerate Azure consumption and deliver measurable business outcomes and value realization.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in technical sales, cloud architecture, or enterprise IT, bringing a robust background in cloud infrastructure, data platforms, security, or AI. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional skills in communicating complex technical concepts to senior leadership, strong architectural and problem-solving abilities, and proven experience navigating multi-stakeholder, regulated environments.

Preferred qualifications include relevant Azure certifications or cloud/architecture credentials, alongside direct experience within government, regulated industries, or critical national infrastructure. Familiarity with AI, Copilot, advanced cybersecurity practices, and sovereign cloud models is highly advantageous for this strategic position.
