As a Senior Engineer, you will lead in-depth investigations of complex install-base issues, from initial triage to root-cause analysis and final resolution. You'll leverage logs, metrics, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot product, software, and integration challenges.

Your role involves applying deep knowledge of healthcare standards like DICOM, PACS, HL7, and IHE workflows. You will collaborate extensively with customers, regional support teams, and product development to resolve issues and prevent recurrence through recommended code or configuration changes. You'll also contribute code fixes, automation scripts, and troubleshooting tools, while creating essential technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience. Essential qualifications include at least 3 years of experience in programming languages such as Java, C, C++, or C#, alongside proficiency in scripting (Python, SQL, Bash) and automation tools.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana is highly desirable. A strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (DICOM, PACS, HL7, IHE) is critical. Experience in leading product support and team management is a plus.
