Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or in leading an engineering team is essential. Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, is highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
