You will be instrumental in making retail-grade financial tools accessible to a broad range of sellers and vendors, managing the entire financial lifecycle from accounts payable to tax compliance and reconciliation.

As Sr. SDM for P3P Financial Stack, you will spearhead the technology strategy, execution, and people leadership for a pivotal financial platform. Your focus will be on driving the technical roadmap for touchless payment systems, AI agents for autonomous defect detection and resolution, intelligent reconciliation, and an ERP-agnostic architecture.

You will represent India's financial platform in global forums, influencing worldwide partner roadmaps and ensuring P3P becomes a globally adopted reference architecture. Translate evolving regulations into executable technical strategies, architect for config-driven zero-code onboarding, and position P3P for AI-to-AI commerce interactions. Crucially, you will elevate engineering standards, mentor senior engineers, and cultivate a high-performing team culture.

A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive engineering experience is required, including over 5 years in engineering team management. You should also possess 10+ years of experience in planning, designing, developing, and delivering consumer software.

Proven experience partnering with product or program management teams is essential. The ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, projects, and development teams within an Agile framework is also a key requirement for this role.
