This infrastructure supports hundreds of thousands of complex queries for analysis, measurement, and reporting, empowering data engineers, business analysts, ML engineers, research scientists, and other data experts with world-class self-service tools.

Our mission within Ads AI Core Infra is to offer a unified experience for discovering and accessing privacy-compliant data. We aim to help advertising business teams generate insights rapidly and fulfill the data needs of Ads AI models, striving to build the world's best and most cost-efficient analytics platform.

Drive technology strategy and make key architectural decisions, collaborating closely with Product, Program Managers, and Senior Managers to understand requirements and devise solutions.

Leverage your technical expertise to tackle complex software challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strategize, design, and launch services for medium-to-large scale projects across core Spektr Data Lake components, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to fellow SDEs, emphasizing testability, maintainability, and a low operational footprint.

Participate in team operational responsibilities, ensuring the clarity and accuracy of business and operational metrics.

A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships, is essential.

Proficiency in at least one programming language, with 5+ years of experience.

Demonstrated experience of 5+ years in leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.

Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or in leading an engineering team.

Additionally, 5+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, is highly preferred.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a valued qualification.
