We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Manager to lead our Design Technologies team. This central platform group focuses on building intelligent, scalable systems powered by AI to enhance enterprise tools, drive data-informed decisions, and boost engineering productivity across the Devices organization. You'll be instrumental in integrating AI-driven efficiency into our engineering ecosystem, from automation to advanced analytics.

This strategic role involves leading the charge in building and deploying next-generation agentic technologies. Your responsibilities will span high-performance computing, virtual desktop infrastructure, license and budget management, data engineering, and ML in Physics initiatives. You will define the organizational strategy to scale these systems and cultivate a high-performing team within a dynamic, collaborative, and open environment.

Spearhead the development and delivery of software platform services with a focus on cutting-edge agentic AI technologies.

Define and execute the organizational strategy for scaling systems and fostering innovation in AI and high-performance computing.

Build and mentor a strong engineering team capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, and open environment.

Drive the design and development of intelligent, scalable systems that unify enterprise tools and streamline data-driven decision-making.

Oversee initiatives in high-performance computing, virtual desktop infrastructure, license and budget management, data engineering, and ML in Physics.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering.

At least 5 years of experience managing engineering teams.

Over 10 years of experience in planning, designing, developing, and delivering consumer software.

Proven ability to partner effectively with product and program management teams.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects, and development teams within an Agile framework.
