Develop cutting-edge solutions for personalized, voice-activated in-car experiences. Implement best practices to ensure secure, testable, maintainable, and extensible code, actively participating in peer code reviews. Collaborate closely with product management and cross-functional teams to design and ship high-quality technical solutions that enhance customer experiences. Operate within an Agile/Scrum framework to deliver robust software efficiently.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Demonstrate at least 5 years of proficiency in at least one programming language. Have 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including expertise in design patterns, reliability, and scaling. Experience in a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leadership capacity is required. Preferred candidates will have 5+ years of experience across the full software development lifecycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
