Engage with a variety of challenging technical initiatives including developing a novel quotation architecture and building robust shipper identity and profile systems. Enhance shipper communication infrastructure and tackle core network challenges like design and demand mismatch. Improve scheduling reliability and service quality, while also contributing to a new operator tooling application.

Your role will involve mentoring team members, leading architectural design, and fostering best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and efficient build and testing processes. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our systems.

A minimum of 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience is required. You should have at least 5 years of programming experience in at least one software language and 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including an understanding of design patterns, reliability, and scaling.

Experience serving as a mentor, tech lead, or in leading an engineering team is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a prerequisite. Additionally, 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, is highly preferred.
