Possess over five years of professional software development experience, excluding internships. Demonstrate proficiency in programming with at least one software language for five or more years. Have five or more years of experience in leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including patterns, reliability, and scaling. Experience serving as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is necessary. Preferred: Five or more years of experience across the full software development life cycle, encompassing coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
