Key responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning and Retrospectives, coaching Agile teams, and removing impediments. You will also support Value Stream Management by identifying bottlenecks, optimizing processes, and tracking flow metrics. Effective stakeholder and team collaboration is crucial, involving partnership with Product Owners, facilitating communication, and fostering a high-performing team environment.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. We are looking for candidates with proven experience as a Scrum Master, a strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, Lean methodologies, and Value Stream Management. Familiarity with maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs is essential. The role requires excellent communication and facilitation skills to foster collaboration and drive successful delivery.
