This role is for a Senior Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a focus on NetSuite. The successful candidate will spearhead the design and deployment of comprehensive supply chain processes within Life Sciences organizations.

Key objectives include standardizing procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and order management to enhance scalability, traceability, and overall operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities encompass defining supplier management and procurement workflows, standardizing policies, and implementing vendor performance reporting. For inventory, this includes designing the operating model, configuring item masters, locations, lot control, serialized inventory, cycle counting, and replenishment.

The role also involves designing order-to-cash processes, standardizing customer service, and supporting demand planning. Specific Life Sciences requirements such as traceability, lot-controlled inventory, product genealogy, and regulatory controls are critical. Data migration for vendor, customer, and inventory masters, along with open orders and balances, is also a key duty. Finally, leading SCM User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business readiness activities is essential.

To be considered, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline. A minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain transformation is required, alongside at least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing NetSuite SCM capabilities.

Strong expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management is a must. Preferred qualifications include experience in the Life Sciences industry, knowledge of lot-controlled inventory environments, and familiarity with warehouse and distribution operations. NetSuite SCM certifications are highly advantageous.
