Seeking an experienced Sr. Project Lead to oversee Cloud and Infrastructure Engineering, focusing on Active Directory management. This role involves developing and maintaining automated tools for Windows environments, performing in-depth issue analysis, and resolving complex problems efficiently.

Ideal candidates will have a proven ability to define and execute Disaster Recovery and Business Contingency Plans. Independence, strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a sense of responsibility are crucial for successfully completing tasks with minimal supervision. Familiarity with ITIL concepts and their practical application is essential.

Key responsibilities include managing Active Directory and Group Policies, overseeing AD Domain controller migrations, and performing Active Directory implementation, administration, backup, and restoration. You will also manage DNS administration and troubleshooting, work with AD replication, GPOs, and FSMO roles, and create new group policies as required.

Additional duties involve user management (adding, deleting, modifying, assigning rights), NTFS security, disk quota management, ADFS administration, and troubleshooting DFS. Providing systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem management for critical and recurring issues is also a core part of this role. Proficiency in PowerShell at an intermediate to advanced level, including automation skills and real-time project experience, is required.

The minimum requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in any specialization and 7-10 years of relevant work experience. A strong understanding of Active Directory, including DCPROMO, OU structure, Global Catalog servers, and directory services, is essential.

Candidates should possess expertise in DNS administration and troubleshooting, along with experience in Active Directory replication, GPOs, and FSMO roles. Experience with ADFS administration, PKI infrastructure, and DFS management and troubleshooting is also necessary. Intermediate to advanced PowerShell skills, including automation and code writing capabilities, are vital for this role. Familiarity with ITIL concepts is expected.
