Seeking a Senior Project Lead with expertise in Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering. This role involves managing Active Directory and Group Policies within a 24/7 operational environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated tools for Windows environments, performing in-depth issue analysis, and resolving complex technical challenges. A strong understanding of ITIL concepts is essential for effective problem management.

Key responsibilities include leading AD Domain controller migrations, managing Active Directory and Group Policies, and performing AD implementation and administration. This role also encompasses AD Backup and Restoration, configuration of OU structures, Global Catalog servers, and directory services using DCPROMO.

Additional duties involve DNS administration and troubleshooting, managing AD replication, GPOs, and FSMO roles. The role requires creating new group policies, extensive user management (adding, deleting, modifying accounts and rights), NTFS security, disk quota management, and ADFS administration.

Proficiency in PKI infrastructure, DFS management and troubleshooting, and providing RCA for critical issues are also key. Intermediate to advanced Powershell skills, including PS automation and real-time project experience, are necessary. Experience with AD migration and PS code writing capabilities is expected.

A Bachelor's degree in any specialization is required, coupled with 7-10 years of experience in Active Directory and infrastructure management. Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Demonstrated experience in defining and executing Disaster Recovery and Business Contingency Plans is a must. Familiarity with ITIL concepts and their practical application is also a critical requirement for this position.
