Oversee the delivery of application development projects and ensure the smooth functioning of production support. Manage a broad portfolio of applications, coordinating efforts across various domains and teams. Drive operational governance, conduct service reviews, and ensure effective stakeholder coordination. Lead incident, problem, and change management processes, upholding high standards of service governance.

Develop and implement strategies for robust application operations. Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure system stability and performance. Mentor and guide project teams to achieve project objectives.

A strong background in Production Support Engineering is mandatory. Proven experience in both Technical and Operations management is required. Extensive experience in Project and Program Management is essential. Candidates must have experience managing large application portfolios and working across multiple domains. A comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Application Operations and Production Support is critical.

Demonstrated ability to manage Operational Governance, Service Reviews, and Stakeholder Coordination.
