As a Sr. Project Manager on the Data Center Construction team, you will play a crucial role in leading electrical substation and transmission projects for our data centers in Hyderabad. You will be instrumental in driving construction management from pre-construction through to project completion, ensuring the delivery of critical electrical supply capacity and capability.

Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple sites, focusing on safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget. You will develop, manage, and report on project performance to meet business, cost, and schedule expectations.

Take charge of strategic and tactical construction capacity delivery within Hyderabad. Collaborate closely with the AWS Energy team to secure and manage electrical supply for data centers under construction. You will also coordinate with various support teams involved in data center development and launch, while developing metrics to track and quantify regional performance.

A Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Candidates should possess at least 6 years of project management and implementation experience.

Demonstrated experience with large-scale mechanical and power systems is essential. Additionally, a minimum of 10 years of construction management experience on large, complex projects involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plants is necessary for this role.
