This pivotal role is dedicated to enhancing our Go-To-Market (GTM) knowledge engine. You will be instrumental in building high-impact buyer enablement assets, structuring our sales enablement systems, designing training content, and leveraging AI to create dynamic sales experiences. This position is embedded within our Sales organization, directly supporting customer-facing teams and revenue generation initiatives.

Design and govern world-class enablement environments within Highspot for buyer enablement and Confluence for internal sales knowledge.
Develop compelling sales playbooks, pitch decks, live training presentations, and LMS certification modules.
Utilize LLMs to prototype, code, and deploy custom HTML/iframe experiences for interactive sales engagement.
Track key engagement metrics for content ROI and findability across Highspot and Confluence.
Establish and enforce lifecycle management policies, taxonomy standards, and review cadences for sales enablement content.
Manage multi-phase content rollouts, including project tracking, action item assignment, and post-launch reviews.
Proactively identify content gaps, remove delivery obstacles, and optimize seller findability.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Enablement PMs to align content with GTM priorities.
Maintain clear async communication and structured weekly touchpoints with stakeholders.
Deliver high-velocity output, transforming strategic ideas into polished enablement assets.
Own projects from discovery to deployment with meticulous attention to detail and visual polish.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Instructional Design, or Learning & Development, specifically supporting sales or technical teams is essential.
Higher proficiency in using Claude or ChatGPT for building and deploying AI-native enablement tools, including content generation and automated workflows.
Expertise in Learning & Development principles, curriculum design, and extensive experience administering an enterprise Learning Management System.
Proven hands-on experience with modern video and AI content creation tools for developing engaging short-form digital learning assets.
An exceptional eye for design and content polish, with a strong ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly training and sales materials.
Capability to thrive in very fast-paced environments, effectively manage shifting priorities, and handle multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
A self-starter with a strong bias towards action.
Excellent operational excellence skills, including organizing chaos, streamlining processes, and creating efficient workflows.
