As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding the platform's architectural direction and defining critical API contracts for core services. You'll establish a robust federation model, empowering partner teams to integrate seamlessly by owning shared experience shells and well-defined integration contracts. Your role involves building essential platform primitives that enable other product teams to develop innovative customer experiences. Additionally, you will influence senior leadership through compelling data-driven recommendations and structured analysis, and ensure global engineering alignment through comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and architecture decision records.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology. A Bachelor's degree is required. You should possess proven experience in feature delivery, managing roadmap strategy and definition, and end-to-end product delivery. Experience contributing to technical discussions, managing technical products or online services, and advocating for diverse customer and stakeholder needs during executive prioritization is essential. Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight, and a track record of building and driving adoption of new tools are highly desirable.
