Define a multi-year vision and strategy for business system integration needs. Manage key integration experiences, including punch-out, e-invoicing, and liaison with operations and technology teams for improvements. Own business requirements, actively participate in sprint planning, and deliver on process and technology roadmaps. Utilize business analytics and customer feedback to drive actionable insights and enhance customer experience. Identify and lead solutions for scaling through automation and self-service. Act as a thought leader, evangelizing business integration vision and influencing cross-Amazon teams. Collaborate with international teams to explore global expansion opportunities.

A minimum of 5 years in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology. A Bachelor's degree is required. Proven experience in feature delivery, understanding product tradeoffs, and owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition. Expertise in end-to-end product delivery is essential. Ability to contribute effectively to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy. Experience with analytical tools like Tableau or QuickSight, and in building/driving adoption of new tools, is preferred.
