This role focuses on steering monetization strategies and expanding the Ads business across India and emerging markets. Collaboration with engineering, ML teams, and global stakeholders will be crucial.
Key responsibilities include defining success metrics, achieving business and product goals, and fostering advertiser engagement and retention. Driving improvements for advertisers, shoppers, and Amazon is paramount.
Identify new product opportunities using data, customer insights, and market trends to develop comprehensive roadmaps.
Develop product features that enhance both advertiser experience (e.g., improving impressions, sales, and campaign management ease) and shopper engagement (e.g., boosting CTR and relevance).
Focus on enhancing ad supply, formats, sourcing, and ad relevance through innovative solutions, including ML techniques.
Play a vital role in product launches by influencing marketing narratives and sales processes. Manage all project facets, from planning and resource allocation to risk assessment and documentation.
Collaborate closely with Tech and ML teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of product initiatives. Engage regularly with global stakeholders to explore collaborative opportunities.
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Demonstrated experience in owning and driving product roadmap strategy and definition.
Proven ability in feature delivery and managing product trade-offs.
Experience contributing to technical discussions regarding product strategy and technology decisions.
Track record in managing technical products or online services.
Ability to represent and advocate for diverse customer and stakeholder needs in executive-level planning.
Experience in end-to-end product delivery.
Preferred experience includes using analytical tools like Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight, and driving adoption of new tools.
