The Senior Product Manager for India Prime Acquisitions will define and manage the complete roadmap for how, when, and why we encourage customers to join Prime via the Amazon app. Beyond defining India's growth strategy, you'll have the opportunity to drive global product innovations.

India Prime seeks an experienced Product leader to spearhead Prime member Acquisitions. You will define the product vision, strategy, and own the product portfolio for this key business in India. This role involves delivering a multi-year product charter for sampling and trials across various plans and channels, offering a compelling intellectual challenge to address market gaps and accelerate your career as we scale.

Define a customer-centric, data-driven product vision and roadmap, including writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and user stories. Conduct technical design reviews and prioritize effectively in a high-expectation environment.

Collaborate closely with technology teams (both in India and globally) to develop outstanding products. Proactively identify bottlenecks and independently make trade-off decisions, balancing business objectives with technical and operational considerations.

Influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple levels, functions, and geographies, including tech, UX, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Amazon-wide business teams.

Take ownership of leadership reporting, including launch announcements, monthly updates, and status reports.

Develop the long-term strategy for your product portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and translate this into an actionable multi-year roadmap.

A Bachelor's degree is required.

Proven experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Demonstrated experience with feature delivery and making critical product tradeoff decisions.

Experience contributing to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.

Experience managing technical products or online services.

Ability to represent and advocate for diverse customer and stakeholder needs during executive-level prioritization and planning sessions.

Preferred qualifications include experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight, and a track record of building and driving adoption of new tools.
